Qualifications

• Nursing degree graduate and NC RN licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Education: identify learning needs and educate patients.
• Evaluation of care and interdisciplinary team communication.
• Implement care for complex patients and coordinate discharge planning.
• Lead in collaboration and promote cost-effective care.
• Assess and plan patient care considering culture and family.
• Plan care with multidisciplinary resources and prioritise tasks.
• Read journals and apply findings to practice.
