Don Guanella Village in Pennsylvania seeks a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing services within the ICF-MR program. You will apply assessment, communication, and supervision skills to meet each individual's medical needs and support their well-being.

Qualificações

• Must possess a PA Nursing License (RN or LPN).
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current PA Driver's License with 3 years driving experience and Archdiocese approval.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and document medications, treatments and therapies as ordered by the physician.
• Assess, document and follow-up all aspects of the individual's health care.
• Communicate clinical assessment information to professionals and family, staff and the individual.
• Collaborate with physicians and health disciplines to identify health needs.
• Provide support and training to direct care staff in health care management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to licensing and policy.
• Maintain quality compliance of clinical/professional standards.
