Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Missouri seeks a Clinical Nurse to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity unit, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.

You will educate patients and families on disease management, develop individualized care plans, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the healthcare team; ERAS is part of the evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree required.
• RN licensure active (Missouri).
• Bachelor's degree preferred with two years of experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
