Live Well Homecare is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a specialized GI/GU Surgery unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medications, participate in safety and quality initiatives, and support seamless transitions of care in a high-acuity setting.

Formación

• RN licensed with Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work safely and collaboratively in a high-acuity setting
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth
