Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a qualified nurse to provide direct patient care within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. You will promote patient and family-centered care, educate patients on managing illness, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the healthcare team to communicate individualized care plans. This safety-sensitive role requires alertness and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required.
• RN licensure required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred (GI/ICU/ED/OR/Critical Care).
