• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Document timely and accurate information; support shared governance and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration while promoting fiscal responsibility within the unit.
• Mentor and precept staff and students to ensure a skilled, future-ready workforce.
