The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and support performance improvements while ensuring compassionate, culturally responsive care across all patient populations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized, evidence-based care.
• Provide patient-centered care that respects age, gender, culture and diversity.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and ensure timely documentation and communication.
• Manage care of high-acuity patients with continuous monitoring and interventions as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance to promote safe, quality patient outcomes.
