Responsibilities

• Precept, teach, and mentor staff; facilitate educational offerings.
• Incorporate new initiatives, products, equipment, policies or regulations into education.
• Monitor orientation progress and ensure HealthStream completion.
• Provide formal and informal feedback on professional development.
