Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• RN state license required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health care technologies and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and in-service training for nursing staff.
• Facilitate orientation programs for new nursing hires.
• Organize continuing education opportunities for nursing staff.
• Evaluate clinical skills and develop individual development plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards through education and audits.
