You will develop, implement, and evaluate facility‑level education programs, coordinate orientation and ongoing staff competency, and apply regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Five years of nursing experience.
• Active RN license in state of employment.
• Experience in clinical education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs and designs education programs for staff development.
• Plans, coordinates, and evaluates orientation and in-service classes.
• Identifies educational needs using regulatory and performance data.
• Collaborates with leaders to differentiate educational vs performance issues.
• Incorporates evidence-based practice and adult learning theory.
• Supports nursing care and equipment education related to quality and cost.
• Tracks statistics and maintains records of educational activities.
• Evaluates program quality and implements improvements based on feedback.
