Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Specialty certifications such as ACLS Instructor, CPAN, CAPA, and NPD-BC are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver orientation, education, and competency programs for Pre-Op and PACU staff.
• Create and facilitate evidence-based training, simulations, workshops, and continuing education.
• Assess and validate clinical competencies to support safe, high-quality patient care.
• Mentor new staff, novice nurses, students, and preceptors through onboarding and professional development.
