Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, MT seeks an RN Clinical Educator to lead orientation, ongoing education, and competency development for all clinic staff. The role partners with leadership to align programs with policy, standards and mission, and to ensure yearly competencies across departments.

The ideal candidate is a BSN with Montana licensure (or compact), preferably with a Master’s in education and prior clinical educator experience. EMR experience is a plus; full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s in education preferred.
• Montana or Compact nursing license in good standing.
• Clinical educator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, in-service and continuing education for clinic staff.
• Develop individual development plans and yearly competencies.
• Coordinate and present programs aligned with Bitterroot Health policies and standards.

RN Clinical Educator opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!

The Clinical Educator will provide educational opportunities including orientation programs, individual development plans, in-service education and continuing education opportunities to all clinic staff. S/he identifies individual and department needs through needs assessment tools and continuous quality improvement activities. This person will arrange and/or present program content in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values and mission of Bitterroot Health. S/he will work with organizational leadership to provide yearly competencies across all clinical staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN required. Master’s in education preferred. Current Montana or Compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations. License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation.
• Clinical Educator experience preferred
• Interpersonal skill to effectively communicate with all parties in the patient care environment
• EMR experience preferred

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week
