Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated nurse educator to support acute care and critical care inpatient units on off shifts. You will act as a resource, promote patient safety, and collaborate with Unit based Clinical Educators.
The role requires a BSN (MSN preferred), three years of clinical experience, and teaching or mentoring skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, and you will help orient new staff and implement education programs.

To support the Acute Care and Critical care inpatient nursing units on the off shifts by acting as a resource, promoting patient safety and facilitating orientation and educational programming in collaboration with the Unit based Clinical Educators for the Acute Care and the Critical Care nursing units.
Education: BSN required, MSN preferred, professional certification in area of specialty preferred
Experience: Three years’ clinical experience
