Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit during the shift. The CNC collaborates with management, directs nursing care, serves as a resource, and models our organization’s values to support excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensure/Certification: Current RN registration in NH, BLS certification required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in case management or relevant professional experience. Three years of clinical experience required.
