Job summary

Henrico Doctors' Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors nursing care per policy and serves as a staff resource to support an exceptional patient experience.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, support improved outcomes, coach staff, and help schedule personnel in a fast-paced hospital

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN licensed
• Minimum 1 year experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit.
