Job summary

HCA Healthcare's Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Progressive Care Unit. This role delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates unit operations, partnering with management to monitor nursing care and drive an exceptional patient experience.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions/discharges, support leadership in improving outcomes, provide coaching, and help schedule staff to ensure optimal care

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required within 30 days of employment start date.
• 1 year nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Licensure/Certifications:

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Experience:

• 1 year experience required.
