Job summary

Medical City Alliance in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Progressive Care Unit to deliver high quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care according to policies and support staff to enhances patient experiences.

The CNC will collaborate with clinicians, assist with admissions/discharges, coach staff, and help with scheduling while driving outcomes and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.,
• RN licensure required with ACLS/BLS within 30 days.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes and staff scheduling.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Licensure/Certifications:

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Experience:

• 1 year experience required.
