Ogden Regional Medical Center is interviewing candidates for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in Progressive Care Nights to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinate all unit functions with the management team.

You will coach staff, assist with admissions and discharges, partner with subject matter experts to improve outcomes, and help schedule staff while upholding our commitment to an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BCLS certification required or instructor within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor degree required.
• Three years of nursing experience required.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• Three (3) years experience Required Years of Experience
