Job summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) at Ogden Regional Medical Center delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates unit functions in partnership with the management team to monitor nursing care according to established policies.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support improved outcomes, provide coaching and training to staff, assist with admissions/discharges, and help with staff scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• RN required and currently licensed.
• BCLS certification required or instructor training to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• Three (3) years experience Required Years of Experience
