Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care on the CNC unit in Asheville, NC. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor nursing care and drive quality outcomes.

You will coach staff, coordinate admissions/discharges, and partner with leadership to support service improvements, scheduling, and staff engagement in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualificações

• RN license and a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start date.
• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree
• 1 years experience Required Years of Experience
