Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Interventional Radiology at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview. You will provide clinical leadership, ensure adherence to protocols, and function as the unit charge nurse, coordinating staff, bed placement and daily huddles. The role may include on-call rotation and limited direct patient care as needed.

The position requires a BSN or higher, BLS/CPR and ACLS certification, and prior IR or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• BSN or MSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing staff within the Interventional Radiology unit.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Serve as department charge nurse; assign staff, coordinate bed transfers and scheduling.
• Lead daily huddles and rotate into direct patient care as needed.
• Manage staff schedules and coverage.
