Job summary

Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions in the unit. The CNC partners with the management team to monitor nursing care and support staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

In this role you will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, and provide coaching to improve performance and engagement while supporting staffing decisions.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN licensed as Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Job Summary and Qualifications
