Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions during the shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC oversees nursing care, serves as a resource, and promotes the organization’s mission and values to ensure excellent patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with admissions and discharges to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Participating in quality assessments of patient care services.
• Collaborating to foster teamwork and improve outcomes.
• Supporting a patient-first approach and service recovery.
• Implementing nursing strategies to improve engagement.
• Recommending and supporting staff hiring, training, and development.
• Managing staff scheduling and labor costs.
• Supporting inventory control and supplies management.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license in practice state(s) or compact license.
