Job Overview

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees all functions during the shift. Collaborating with management, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care, serves as a resource for staff, and models the organization’s values to support excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes for efficient patient throughput.
• Participate in assessing and improving the quality of care provided.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive environment.
• Support patient-first initiatives and service recovery efforts.
• Contribute to staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory and supplies effectively.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and PALS certifications required within 30 days.
• Bachelor’s Degree required within 90 days.
• Previous ER RN experience is required.
