Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS required within specified timeframes.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of start date.
• RN license with required education (AD or BS) for role.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high quality patient care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor and improve quality of patient care services.
• Work with nurses and managers to foster teamwork and improve patient outcomes.
• Support patient-first initiatives and service recovery when needed.
• Assist with staff scheduling and inventory management to meet patient needs.
