Job summary

HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care in a dynamic unit. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care, ensure policy adherence, and serve as a resource for staff delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate admissions and discharges, collaborate with leaders on service improvements, and coach the team to elevate performance and engagement. Strong leadership and clinical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN license must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved patient outcomes and service with leadership and SME collaboration.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
