Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern Connecticut (ECREC) seeks a Pediatric Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our Windsor, CT Outpatient Clinical Services team. You will conduct neuropsychological evaluations and provide feedback to patients and families, shaping integrated treatment plans with schools and healthcare providers.

The role offers hybrid work in Windsor, CT, with on-site clinical work and telework for documentation and select tasks.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pediatric neuropsychology, including proficiency in clinical neuropsychological assessment, test selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation.
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program; completion of an APA- or CPA-approved internship.
• Postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology, with emphasis on pediatric populations; eligibility or board certification in clinical neuropsychology (ABPP-CN) preferred.
• Current or eligible license as a Psychologist in the state of Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neuropsychological assessments and interpret test results.
• Prepare clear and timely reports and deliver feedback to patients, families, and referral sources.
• Collaborate with outpatient team, families, schools, and healthcare providers to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to program development and training.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Opportunities to participate in Early Autism Diagnostic Services and evaluate young adults and adults.

Role Description

We are seeking a Pediatric Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our Outpatient Clinical Services team in our Windsor, CT office.The Neuropsychologist will provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and interventions for children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and neurological concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting neuropsychological assessments, interpreting test results, preparing clear and timely reports, and delivering feedback to patients, families, and referral sources. The role involves collaborating closely with the outpatient team, families, schools, and other healthcare providers, to develop integrated treatment plans and support educational and vocational recommendations. The Neuropsychologist will also participate in case conferences, contribute to program development and training, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. Based on the candidate's interests and expertise, opportunities are available to participate in our Early Autism Diagnostic Services as well as evaluate young adults and adults. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Windsor, CT, with a combination of on-site clinical work and some work-from-home flexibility for appropriate tasks such as documentation and telehealth.

• Strong skills in interdisciplinary collaboration, written and verbal communication, and family-centered care.
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload, balance in-person and hybrid work responsibilities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
