Qualifications

• Health-related degree preferred.
• Licensure in nursing or any of the listed therapies required.
• Marketing and/or rehabilitation/LTACH experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient preadmission assessments and updates under the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Integration.
• Collaborate with admissions managers, nursing staff and other teams to facilitate referral conversions.
