Job summary

Turning Point of Central California, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Professional I to provide clinical services to children, youth and families, including assessment, crisis intervention, individual and family therapy, plan development, group therapy and case management.

You will deliver services in client residences, schools, community locations, tele-health and clinic sites, document all care in EMR, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Clinical mental health services for individuals, families and groups.
• Knowledge of mental illness and evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services to children, youth and families including assessment, crisis intervention, individual and family therapy, plan development, group therapy and case management.
• Maintain a caseload and coordinate services to ensure individualized, family-focused care.
• Document service provision in EMR and comply with program standards and approvals.
