Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated leader to supervise QMHP and Resident-level staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client outcomes. You will oversee clinical documentation, interview and train clinicians, and manage a reduced caseload covering outpatient services, assessments, and in-home therapy.

The role emphasizes empowering clients with family systems interventions and improving self-sufficiency, with a strong focus on teamwork and flexible, client-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• At least a Resident in Counseling or a Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-R, LMHP-S) or Licensed (LPC, LCSW) preferred.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Mental health experience (community-based preferred).
• Strong leader, team player, family-oriented, flexible, and open-minded.

Requirements

• At least a Resident in Counseling or a Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-R, LMHP-S) or Licensed (LPC, LCSW) preferred
• Leadership experience

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record
