Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to contribute their expertise in training generative artificial intelligence models.

About the Opportunity

This freelance, remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work at your convenience. Your responsibilities may include:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine
3. Evaluating and ranking domain-specific responses generated by AI models

Desired Expertise:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional
• Ability to communicate clearly about concepts related to Clinical Medicine in fluent English

Payment: Rates for core project work range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs.
