Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to contribute their expertise in training generative AI models.

About the Opportunity

This freelance, remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work at your convenience. Your role may include:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific texts produced by AI models.
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine.
3. Evaluating and ranking domain-specific responses generated by AI models.

Desirable Expertise Includes:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional.
• Ability to communicate concepts related to Clinical Medicine clearly in fluent English.

Compensation: The pay rate ranges from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Additional incentives may be available for certain projects. Please review the payment terms for each project.
