Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Equivalent training meeting CLIA requirements or military medical lab training accepted.
• Certification/licensure per CLIA/CAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate instruments with checks, calibrations, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform quality control and report results, investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare samples, maintain storage conditions, and manage reagents/inventories.
• Register and collect samples; participate in training and development of staff.
