Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms and record initial information and vital signs.
• Prepare exam rooms ensuring cleanliness and supply readiness.
• Assist with exams, tests, and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Educate patients on follow-up expectations.
• Maintain quality control testing logs.
• Ensure medical equipment is in proper working condition.
• Assist with completion of medical documentation and clerical tasks.
• Support depositing cash and other closing duties.
