Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of accredited medical assistant program with AAMA, RMA, or NHA certification required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical procedures and medications under supervision.
• Document patient intake including vital signs and history in the EMR.
• Perform front desk duties including scheduling and payments processing.
• Support patient education and ensure confidentiality and policy compliance.
