Job summary

You will assist with procedures under physician supervision, handle front-desk tasks, process referrals, and ensure infection control and safety across patient rooms. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience in a medical office preferred.
• Excellent patient-facing communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam rooms in a professional manner.
• Assist with varied procedures under supervision of MD/NP/PA.
• Take vital signs and document results accurately.
• Assist administrative team with scheduling, referrals, and chart prep.
• Coordinate room rotations and front desk coverage as needed.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and supply tracking.
