Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Experience: Clinical setting preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS required; CMA certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients professionally and escorts to exam rooms.
• Assist with varied procedures under supervision of MD/NP/PA.
• Take vital signs and document appropriately.
• Assist admin team with scheduling, referrals, and phone coverage.
• Coordinate room rotations and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Receive test results and relay follow-ups as directed.
