Responsibilities

• Reviews daily schedules and creates rotations to support skill maintenance and cross-training.
• Maintains competencies and completes mandatory training; attends required clinic/hospital training.
• Leads or participates in daily huddles, rounds, and MA meetings.
• Performs administrative and clinical operational duties.
• Assists with new services or equipment implementation.
• Involves in ordering processes while aiming to meet budgetary targets.
• Participates in medication management surveys and may manage medication room inventory.
• Coordinates use of exam/procedure room space.
• Participates in regulatory compliance and submits readiness checklists; plans actions for surveys.
• Participates in value stream analysis for new services.
• Suggests ideas to improve workflows and patient satisfaction.
