REGIONAL CANCER CARE ASSOCIATES LLC in Moorestown, NJ is hiring a Medical Assistant to support physicians and clinicians in a fast-paced oncology/hematology clinic. The role involves greeting patients, taking vital signs, and preparing rooms and equipment for procedures.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CMA or RMA certification preferred, and the ability to work in a busy clinical setting with HIPAA compliance and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current CMA or RMA certification preferred.
• Ability to work in an oncology/hematology clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms for visits with the physician or NP and lab work.
• Transport patients safely using wheelchair or other equipment.
• Obtain vital signs, height and weight; enter data into the EMR.
• Stock exam rooms with medical supplies, equipment and paperwork.
• Set up for bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures and related procedures.
