Job summary

• Completes patient intake including vital signs, height, weight, and screening.
• Identifies care gaps and schedules care visits.
• Assists practitioners with examinations and procedures.
• Administers in-scope immunizations and medications.
• Documents patient care in the electronic medical record.
• Participates in Unit Based Team and quality improvement initiatives.
