Job summary

You will perform rounds, collect vital signs, and coordinate with LPN/RN. Responsibilities include documenting care, managing medication inventory, and arranging appointments. CPR/First Aid readiness is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA or CMA certification highly desirable.
• Experience in inpatient or clinical settings preferred.
• Familiarity with CLIA standards and patient safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered client medications under medical orders.
• Assist with direct patient care and daily living activities.
• Conduct frequent client rounds and report needs to LPN/RN.
• Obtain vital signs, height and weight.
• Perform UDS/HCG testing per CLIA standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory of medicines and supplies.
• Authorize refills and relay prescriptions to the pharmacy.
• Schedule medical appointments for clients as ordered.
• Transport clients to clinics or hospitals as needed.
• Administer First Aid and CPR when required.
• Document accurately and adhere to safety procedures.
