Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
• DL - Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient flow and prepares patients for visits.
• Performs EMR documentation using Care Connect and EPIC systems.
• Maintains and updates patient information in the EMR inbox.
• Keeps environment and equipment clean and functional; reports malfunctions.
• Communicates with patients respectfully and supports the health care team for continuity of care.
• Collects and monitors patient data and reports needs to the physician or nurse.
