Qualifications

• Experience with EMR documentation and Care Connect EMR is required.
• EMR/Epic Super User knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient flow and prepares patient for the visit.
• Performs clinical and administrative duties as delegated by the physician.
• Maintains EMR accuracy and documentation per guidelines.
• Ensures safety, quality, and efficiency in patient care and office operations.
• Provides education to patients and acts as a resource to the department.
