Responsibilities

• Prepares exam room, treatment room, supplies and instruments.
• Assists physician during visits and examinations.
• Takes patient vital signs and records in the medical chart.
• Performs EKG, PFT, Audiometry, Titmus Test as indicated.
• Performs phlebotomy and other lab tests as indicated.
• Maintains patient records and files reports.
• Assists with collections and billing procedures as needed.
• Uses computer software to maintain office systems.
• Ensures confidentiality and adapts care to patient needs.
• Lifts and moves patients as required.
