What Clinical Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Clinical Care Delivery provides high-quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating, and managing care while ensuring safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the practice.

Clinical Services are responsible for medical services that directly or indirectly provide healthcare to patients.

Essential Functions:

1. Phlebotomy - Draw blood, run CBCs, administer injections
2. Room patients
3. Occasionally assist with front desk responsibilities
4. Rare travel to Hemet location

Qualifications

1. 2-3 years of relevant experience required
2. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
3. Certified or eligible for certification as a Medical Assistant in the state of employment
4. Current CPR certification
5. Bilingual Spanish - highly desired

1. Acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
2. Work on basic and routine assignments
3. Select correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelines
4. Work is closely managed and follows detailed instructions
5. Seek regular guidance and advice from supervisor
