AICA Orthopedics is seeking a Float Medical Assistant to cover 2–3 metro Atlanta clinics in a fast-paced orthopedic setting. You will work with physicians, PAs, and NPs, handling patient intake, procedures, and care coordination across locations.

Strong candidates have CMA/RMA credentials, EHR proficiency (NextGen preferred), and the ability to travel within the zone. X-ray certification is a plus and may impact compensation. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Military Medical Specialist.
• CMA, RMA, or equivalent — or actively working toward it.

Responsibilities

• Administer injections and prepare medications per provider orders.

The Role

AICA Orthopedics is hiring a Float Medical Assistant across a zone of 2–3 metro Atlanta clinics. Personal injury and orthopedic patients — high volume, acute needs, not routine check-ups

• Work alongside orthopedic physicians, PAs, and nurse practitioners


• X-ray certification moves you toward the top of the pay range — training provided if you don't have it


• Adapt across 2–3 assigned locations based on daily clinic need — same clinical standard at every site

What You'll Do

Patient Care

• Clinical areas stocked and organized without being prompted
