Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Daytona Beach is seeking a Clinical Marketing Liaison to grow patient referrals in a defined geographic territory. You will cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, home health, and physician groups, using strategic call plans and market data to identify opportunities.

The role emphasizes educating community partners about hospital programs and services, overcoming admission barriers, and driving volume through coordinated outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably as a clinician or technician.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as nurse liaison or successful sales experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehab facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review medical conditions and pre-screen from hospital/SNF/Home/Assisted Living Facility.
• Develop call plans and strategies to drive volume using the Referral Development System (RDS).
• Use market analysis data in the territory to identify new business opportunities.
• Educate community, referral sources and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Identify development opportunities to position the hospital strategically in the marketplace.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow up on admissions variables.

• CPR certification.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as nurse liaison or successful sales experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehab facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
