Job summary

Amedisys Home Health is seeking a RN Clinical Manager in Knoxville, TN to oversee clinical operations and coordinate patient care. You will lead nurses and aides, ensure quality of care, and manage referrals, admissions, and scheduling.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
One year of clinical RN experience in home health or hospice.
One year of RN management experience.
Current RN license, state(s) you are assigned to work.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Supports and cooperates with the director of staffing.
Responsible for overall quality of patient care and clinical performance of nurses and aides.
Organizes clinical operations for the care center.
Reviews service requests and determines patient eligibility for home care.
Oversees scheduling and payor verification.
Assists clinicians in planning care and revising POC.
Participates in on-call processes and staff training.
