Elite Home Health in Gainesville, FL seeks an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead day-to-day clinical operations and support field clinicians. You will guide RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapy staff while ensuring compliant patient care and adherence to physician orders and agency standards.

This role emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians to coordinate care. A BSN is required with MSN preferred; 3+ years nursing, 2+ years home health, and 1+ year

Competenze

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years of home health experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and Medicare requirements.
• Current CPR certification.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation plus auto insurance.
