Job Description

Purpose and Scope: Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy. Manages daily operations of the dialysis facility, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and quality standards. Collaborates with medical staff to provide high-quality patient care from admission to discharge. Acts as the clinic leader, making daily decisions to ensure patient and staff safety.

Duties and Activities
Customer Service
  • Drive FMS culture through values and customer service standards.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service to all customers.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships.
  • Respond promptly to customer issues and follow up accordingly.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee daily business operations, including staff management, patient care quality, facility maintenance, and inventory control.
  • Manage financial aspects, including profit and loss, to meet or exceed budgets and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance.
  • Coordinate patient care activities, education, scheduling, and CQI processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Medical Directors and physicians.
  • Market services and support quality standards through regulatory compliance and CQI practices.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure staff training, licensure, and ongoing education.
  • Maintain facility safety, security, and inventory management.
  • Participate in surveys and review vendor contracts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Includes desk work, patient interaction, travel between facilities, and exposure to health risks. Heavy lifting and patient assistance may be required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of healthcare operations experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with medical software preferred.
  • Leadership skills, communication, customer service, and quality improvement experience.
Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $103,000 to $172,000, depending on location and experience.
